The Rowdyruff Boys are male counterparts of The Powerpuff Girls created by Mojo Jojo, made from underarm hair, snails and the tail of the talking dog. They are 3 5-year old bullies, with powers stronger and better than the girls', but with very easily targeted weaknesses. Until they joined the Watterson to defeat Dr.X & save Megaville.
